Paramount+ series based on the 2016 novel by Amor Towles, 'A Gentleman in Moscow' follows Rostov (played by Ewan McGregor) a Russian Aristocrat who is sentenced to a lifetime under house arrest at the Metropol Hotel. He now spends his days in an attic, watching the Bolshevik Revolution play out before him.
Johnny Harris starred as Osip Ivanovich Glebnikov a friend of Count Rostov, and a former Colonel of the Red Army. Osip is a Chief Administrator of the secret police. He makes sure the Count doesn't break any rules established for him, whilst the Count tutors him in French and English, both for the language and the culture.
