2019 Sky Atlantic/HBO Golden Globe and Emmy nominated TV series which starred Helen Mirren in the title role. The 4-part mini-series told the story of Empress Catherine II of Russia's reign, from 1764, two years after taking power, until her death in 1796.
Also starred Rory Kinnear, Jason Clarke and James Northcote who played Alexander Bezborodko, Catherine's secretary and assistant.
