Tony and Olivier Award winning musical described by the Daily Mail as "the most vital and important musical of a generation". The story follows Evan Hansen, a bullied 17 year old boy with social anxiety issues. He is assigned by his therapist to write letters to himself about why each day will be good.
The play ran at the Noel Coward Theatre in London's West End from November 2019 until October 2022, with 18 months off due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The title role was performed by Sam Tutty who won an Olivier Award for Best Actor in a leading role in a Musical for his performance.
