Good - Credits

C.P. Taylor's play is set in 1930s Germany and is considered to be a leading Holcaust drama.  It asks the question "How is it possible to be a ‘good’ person when things are falling apart".

The play, directed by Dominic Cook, ran at London's Harold Pinter Theatre in late 2022.

Sharon Small stars as Helen opposite fellow Scottish actor David Tennant who plays John Halder, a decent, intelligent, music-loving German professor who finds himself swept along in a movement that crescendos towards an unthinkable finale. Eliot Levey also stars as Maurice.

The play received a number of WhatsOnStage Award nominations including Sharon Small for Best Supporting Actress, David Tennant for Best Actor and Elliot Levey also in the Best Supporting Actor category.
