The eighth Harry Potter story based on a story by J.K. Rowling and the first to be told on stage. Winner of a record-breaking nine Olivier Awards including Best New Play and Best Director in 2017 as well as six Tony Awards. The play is presented in two parts which are intended to be viewed on the same day and follow Harry as an adult with three children and working at the Ministry of Magic, 19 years after the events of the seventh novel. The play premiered at the Palace Theatre, London in July 2017 and on Broadway in 2018. The play also launched in Melbourne and San Francisco in 2019.
