Olivier Award winning play written by the legendary Tom Stoppard and produced by Sonia Friedman Productions.
The play tells the story of the prosperous Merz family, a Jewish family in Vienna, and the passage of time through the momentuous events of the 1930s and 1940s in Austria - war, revolution, annexation and the Holocaust. After an initial run in the West End, the play ran for 3 months in autumn 2022 at the Longacre Theatre on Broadway. The play starred Arty Froushan as Leo in the final act of the play which is set in 1955.
The play won 4 Tony Awards in 2023 including Best Play, Best Direction, Best Costume Design and Best Featured Actor.
