2008 production of David Eldridge's play at the National Theatre. Set in the 1980s in Essex's Romford Market the play tells the story of Danny, a 13 year old boy who works on a shoe stall in the market, his protective single mum and the fellow market trader who takes him under his wing. Featured some of the timeless 1980s pop classics.
