2021 ITV 3-part dramatisation of the criminal investigation & trial following the racially motivated murder of 18 year old Stephen Lawrence in south east London in April 1993.
Steve Coogan starred as DCI Clive Driscoll who never gave up on finding and prosecuting the perpetrators, putting together an investigation that eventually led to the convictions of two of the gang members who murdered Stephen, 18 years after his death. The series shows the ongoing struggle by Doreen and Neville Lawrence to achieve justice. Sharlene Whyte played Doreen with Hugh Quarshie starring as Neville. Jorden Myrie played Stephen's younger brother Stuart.
