Musical theatre production based around the music and rise to fame of rock band The Kinks.
The musical premiered at London's Hampstead Theatre in 2014, later that year transferring to the Harold Pinter Theatre in the West End where it ran until October 2016. It won Best New Musical at the 2015 Olivier Awards, as well as a number of other Olivier Awards.
The musical featured Kinks hits such as "Lola", "Waterloo Sunset", "You Really Got Me" and the musical's title song, "Sunny Afternoon".
Gabriel Vick played the role of the band's assistant manager Robert Wace, from October 2015 until March 2016.
