2-part BBC One drama based on the real-life story surrounding the disappearance of 9 year old schoolgirl Shannon Matthews in 2008.
The show starred Gemma Whelan as Karen Matthews, Shannon's mother, opposite Sheridan Smith who played her friend Julie Busby, who rallied volunteers in the search for the missing girl. Siobhan Finneran played Christine Freeman, the lead detective in the search.
Faye McKeever also starred as Karen's friend and neighbour Petra Jamieson, another major player in the search for Shannon.
The series was nominated for a BAFTA for Best Mini-Series.
