Apple TV+ premieres their new sci-fi, dystopian drama series 'Silo' today, Friday 5th May. The 10-part series is set in a giant silo deep underground where the last remnants of humanity live in a heavily regulated community.
Rebecca Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer, who is looking for answers about a loved one's murder. We follow her as she stumbles into a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined.
Sophie Thompson plays a mysterious and enigmatic fertility expert. In the Silo, all women are automatically implanted with a birth control device and must apply for permission to have it removed. David Oyelowo and Tim Robbins also star.
Silo is based on Wool, a self-published sci-fi book series by Hugh Howey, who also serves as an executive producer on the show.
The first two episodes of the series are out today, with a new episode added weekly every Friday.
Sophie Thompson is available for voiceovers from Anthea Represents. Click her image for her profile page and voiceover showreel.
