2015-16 musical theatre production of the hit movie at London's Phoenix Theatre. Tells the story of Jess, a teenager from a traditional Sikh family living in Hounslow who has a passion for playing football, going against her disapproving family. Won Best Musical at the 2015 Critics' Circle Theatre Awards. The show also received a number of Evening Standard and Olivier Award nominations including Best Musical. Genesis Lynea appeared in the Ensemble.
