An hour-long festive special of the popular Gold comedy series, shown in 2023. The episode starred a host of top comedy names alongside regular cast members Jonny Vegas and Sian Gibson who lead as super sleuthing couple Terry and Gemma. In this episode Gemma has hired a quaint cottage in a rural village and Terry has been learning to cook the perfect Christmas dinner. They are sure it's going to be the best Christmas ever. However when the competitors in a local Santa competition start being killed off one by one, in a host of warped festive aways, they turn their attentions to solving the crimes - hopefully in time for Christmas lunch!
Guest starred Robert Webb as village copper Martin who proudly refers to himself as 'the law around these parts' but he isn't really sure what it means. Authoritative but completely clueless. Also guest starred Jane Horrocks, Peter Davison, Anita Dobson, Rose Ayling-Ellis and Martin Kemp.
