Alan Bennett's 2004 play about an unruly class of talented and charming teenage boys who are taught by three teachers (Hector, Irwin, and Lintott) with contrasting styles, as they try to get university places at Oxford or Cambridge. The play premiered at the Royal National Theatre in the West End before moving to Broadway in 2006. The play won multiple awards, including the 2005 Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Play and the 2006 Tony Award for Best Play. The original cast included Richard Griffith, Stephen Campbell Moore, Dominic Cooper, Samuel Barnett, Russell Tovey, Sacha Dhawan and James Corden.
