Tells the tale of 9-year old Pampa Kampana who becomes a vessel for the goddess Parvati who begins to speak out of the girl's mouth. Pampa Kampana aquires powers beyond her comprehension and the goddess tells her that she will be instrumental in the rise of a great city called 'Bisnaga' or 'Victory City', where her mission is to ensure that all women get equal rights in a patriarchal world.
