Amy Gledhill's comedy blap 'Toads' has been shortlisted in this year's Broadcast Digital Awards for Best Short-Form Scripted show.

The single-episode pilot was first shown in 2024 and is still available to watch now at Channel4.com.  It sees her starring as bride-to-be Amber who gets cold feet on the morning of her wedding.  Amy has been commissioned by Channel 4 to write more episodes which we hope will be made very soon.  In a recent interview with comedy.co.uk she talked about how the commission is a dream come true saying, "They've commissioned some more scripts and stuff like that. Hopefully, one day [it will be made], because that's the dream. I'd love that more than anything."

See the full list of nominees.  Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on Wednesday 2 July 2025 at The Brewery, London.
