Lionheart will co-host the awards alongside filmaker Nelly Ben Hayoun, with daily video streams announcing the winners in each category, including interiors, sustainability, architecture & design. The six video shows will be streamed on Dezeen each day from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th November, with winners announced live on Twitter.
Dezeen is the world's most popular and influential architecture and design website and the Dezeen Awards are considered the top accolade for architects and designers around the world.
BBC Radio London presenter and poet Lionheart is an honorary fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in recognition of his contribution to architecture. He is a champion of the benefits of architecture for mental health, in particular exploring Architecture & Poetry's relationship around emotional inhabitance, and its connection to memory and mental health. This is the second year running that he has hosted the awards.
