He plays Aryan gang member Merle Callahan, who despite being imprisoned becomes a major problem for Jeremy Renner's lead character Mike McLusky.  He is a member of a white supremacist gang and the trailer suggests an old adversary of Mike and the McLusky family's.

'The Mayor of Kingstown' is set in the fictional town of Kingstown, USA, a town where the business is incarceration, full of racism, inequality and corruption, where the McClusky family act as mediators between the street gangs, prisoners, guards and cops.  Mike McLusky is a former convict, who takes over as 'Mayor' in the first series after the death of his eldest brother.
