In My Skin is a dark comedy drama set in Cardiff which follows 16 year old Bethan as she deals with the comic but painful stresses of being a teenager from a troubled home, which she keeps secret from her friends. Laura Checkley stars as Mrs Blocker, Bethan's openly gay PE teacher who has a unique teaching style and surprises Bethan by looking out for her at school.
The first series won an RTS Award in 2021 for Best Drama Series as well as winning two BAFTA Cymru awards.
The new series has been highly praised by critics with the Guardian describing it as "a poignant must-see which deserves widespread acclaim".
Series 2 of In My Skin will air on BBC One on Friday nights at 11.25pm from 12th November, with the entire series available now on BBC Three.
