Geoff McGivern plays Lord Rookwood in 'The Completely Made Up Adventures of Dick Turpin' which makes its global premiere on Apple TV+ today.
The 6-episode comedy series stars Noel Fielding as the infamous highwayman, alongside a series of big names including Hugh Bonneville, Tamsin Greig and Ellie White. Sutara Gayle and Laura Checkley also make guest appearances in episodes 1 & 3, playing Lizzy the Fish and Sandra respectively.
The 18th century set show sees Dick Turpin become the reluctant leader of a band of outlaws who together set out on a journey of wildly absurd escapades, all the while trying to outwit corrupt lawman and self-appointed thief-taker Jonathan Wilde (Bonneville).
