The long-awaiting Amy Winehouse biopic 'Back to Black' is released in UK cinemas tomorrow, Friday 12th April.
The film tells the story of the singer's extraordinary rise to fame and the making of her bestselling, Grammy winning album 'Back to Black'.
Tuwaine Barrett plays renowned, Grammy winning music producer Salaam Remi who produced the legendary album. They worked together between 2005 and 2006, recording the album's songs at Instrumental Zoo Studios in Miami.
The film stars Marisa Abela as Amy Winehouse, as well as Eddie Marsan and Lesley Manville as her parents Mitch and Cynthia. Jack O’Connell plays her no-good husband and addiction-enabler Blake Fielder-Civil. Sam Taylor-Johnson directs.
