Kerry Bennett is a British born, biracial actress with Seychellois heritage, best known for her role in the 2019 action thriller film ‘We Die Young’ alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme and David Castenda. She has also had roles in ITV’s RTS nominated mini-series ‘Butterfly’ which starred Anna Friel & Emmett J. Scanlan, British/Italian Indie film ‘The Habit of Beauty’ and hit Sky crime drama series ‘Bulletproof’ alongside Ashley Walters. She has also had recurring roles in TV favourites BBC’s ‘Casualty’, ITV’s ‘Coronation Street’ and Channel 4’s ‘Hollyoaks’.
Her theatre roles include playing Alex in 'Home I'm Darling' in 2022 and the 2019 West End production of ‘The Starry Messenger’ at the Wyndham’s Theatre which starred Matthew Broderick and Elizabeth McGovern. She is also an ambassador for NK Theatre Arts in Manchester, UK.
Kerry has a native Cheshire accent having grown up in Stockport. She is confident in other Northern accents; Lancashire, Manchester, Yorkshire, Liverpool. Her neutral British, American and New York accents are of a high standard.
