Brand new play 'The Estate' premieres at The National Theatre tonight, Wednesday 9th July.
It stars BAFTA winner Adeel Akhtar as Angad, who has emerged as the leading candidate to become Leader of the Opposition after his predecessor is forced to resign in a scandal. Dinita Gohil and Shelley Conn star as his sisters Sangeeta and Malicka who must keep their mouths shut if he's to have any chance of winning.
Described as a "sharp exploration of family, power, and the lies we tell ourselves", the new play is written by new playwright Shaan Sahota and directed by Daniel Raggett.
