Netflix has announced the release date and revealed first images for new psychological thriller film 'The Woman in Cabin 10'. The film, which is set on a luxury yacht and stars Kiera Knightley as journalist Laura "Lo" Blacklock, will be available to stream from Friday 10th October.
David Morrissey has a major role playing Thomas Heatherley. Although no further detail about his character has been revealed, the newly released images see him standing alongside Hannah Waddingham's character, both seemingly wealthy guests on the luxury yacht on which the film is set.
The film is based on the bestselling novel by Hannah Ware and follows Lo Blacklock, a journalist who is on board a luxury yacht for a travel assignment. Late one night she witnesses a passenger being thrown overboard. However when she reports it, nobody believes her and she must risk everything, even her own life, to search for the truth.
The series was filmed last autumn on the super-yacht Savannah on location in Dorset, with further scenes filmed in the Scottish Highlands.
