American comedian Russell Hicks kicks off a massive 35-date UK tour tomorrow night in Bristol

American comedian Russell Hicks kicks off his first UK stand-up tour in Bristol tomorrow night, Friday 11th October. 

The extensive tour, which is his biggest yet, will cover 35 UK towns and cities including Newcastle, Leeds, Glasgow, York and London over the next 7 months, winding up in Birmingham on 25th April 2025.  Hemel Hempstead and Bath are already sold out. 

Hailing from the US, Russell has lived in the UK for over 10 years so the show, entitled 'Happy to Be Here', is his attempt to to convince us Brits that he is here to stay and he really is happy to be here!

He recently posted on Instagram, "I can't wait for this tour, thank you everyone who has bought so far! Let's do this thing."

Considered one of the best improvisers in the country, Russell has appeared on some of the UK’s biggest networks. He has starred in several episodes of ITV’s ‘Stand Up Sketch Show,’ and won the Channel 4 competition series ‘Captive Audience’ with his fully improvised comedy, and starred in Prime Video series ‘Lovestruck High’ narrated by Lindsay Lohan as the loveable Texan Coach Hughes.
