Channel 4 have just announced that production has started on a new 6-part comedy series 'Everyone Else Burns' with a star cast including Simon Bird (The InBetweeners), Morgana Robinson (Newark Newark) and Amy James-Kelly. Amy is best known for starring in Gentleman Jack and Three Families.
The coming-of-age comedy tells the story of a Mancunian family and the puritanical Christian sect they are devoted to. The show will portray life in a hyper-religious community and show how they attempt to navigate modern day life without being condemned to an eternity in hell.
The show will be directed by Nick Collett known for directing hit BBC comedy 'Ghosts'.
Laura Riseam, Channel 4's Commissioning Editor describes the show as "a glorious comedy trap; contemporary, relevant and very funny.”
Amy James-Kelly is available for voiceovers from Anthea Represents. Click her image for her profile page and voiceover showreel.
