Move Fast and Break Things is an experimental new play from Alex Rugman (recipient of The Sunday Times Playwriting Award). The play tells the story of Amit Patel, who invented Search and made Google $1.7 trillion...and then disappeared off the face of the internet.
The play is produced by Freight Theatre who will use movement, live video and puppetry to tell the story of searching for the man who invented Search. Luke Wintour who is the co-artistic Director of Freight Theatre describes the show as, "a demented and weird creature that uses Victorian dolls, piles of sand, a water tank and instant coffee to tell its story. It is at heart a fringe show, which is why Edinburgh and the largest arts festival in the world is the perfect location to tell our story."
Anna-Kate Golding will star in the show alongside a talented cast in this multimedia theatrical experience. The show will run at Tech Cube Zero, Summerhall from Wednesday 3rd August until Sunday 14th August and tickets are available to purchase now.
Anna-Kate Golding graduated from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 2019 and was winner of the prestigious Peter Ackerman Award, given annually for outstanding comedy performances. She is available for voiceovers from Anthea Represents. She is from the East Midlands and has a native Derby accent. Click her image for her profile page and voiceover showreel.
