AK Golding stars as Jen in new play 'Tapped' which is touring the UK from today, 8th May.
The play follows Gavi, Jen and Dawn at an amateur self-help group who all share one commonality: they’re desperate for escapism. The group has been set up by Gavi who wants to inspire his community so starts holding motivational meetings for his Co-op colleagues in his garage. With daily mantras, goal setting and Spandau Ballet, he believes he can change their lives. However, when the only two attendees are bickering mother and daughter Dawn and Jen, it’s not quite the enlightening experience they all thought it would be...

'Tapped' is by BAFTA winning writer Kate Redford who was Offie nominated for Most Promising Playwright and produced by Bethany Cooper Productions who was awarded the 2022 Nicole Kidman Bursary which supports emerging female producers.
The tour begins tonight, Monday 8th May in London, Upstairs at the Gatehouse and will tour a total of 15 UK destinations including Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull and Bath, finishing in Guildford on 27th May. Book tickets.
