Eva Pope plays posh Londoner Jemima in new BBC comedy drama series Spent which premieres tonight on BBC Two

New comedy drama series 'Spent' premieres on BBC Two tonight, Monday 8th July at 10pm.  The 6-part series is written by comedian and former model Michelle de Swarte and is a semi-autobiographical account of her own experiences in the modelling industry.

The show follows Mia, a former catwalk model who finds herself on the verge of bankruptcy so returns home to the UK to reconnect with her family and friends.  She has to face her new reality of being homeless, broke and unemployed....a major problem for someone who has become accustomed to the finer things in life.

Eva Pope plays posh Londoner Jemima who decides to pay Mia in cushions in return for a house-sitting job.
