Season Two of Netflix's hugely popular fantasy drama Shadow and Bone is available to stream from today, Thursday 16th March. The first episode 'No Shelter but Me' picks up after the devastation of the season one finale.
Shadow and Bone is based on Leigh Bardugo's worldwide best-selling Grishaverse novels. The synopsis says that the new season will see "new friendships, new romance, bigger battles, epic adventures — and a shocking family secret that could shatter everything".
Freddy Carter returns as Kaz Brekker, leader of the outlawed gang The Crows. The new season sees the Crows returning to Ketterdam but trouble awaits them when they get home. Kaz will once again lead the gang in a quest against old foes and old grudges.
In a recent interview Freddy talked about his character saying, "(The Crows) may look like a ragtag bunch, but they are sort of perfect for what he needs them for. But I think he gets slightly, over the course of season 2, he gets blindsided by his own personal vendettas and he puts everyone at risk. Which is obviously not a great thing to do as a leader."
