Engrossing new Norwegian disaster series 'La Palma' premieres on Netflix today, Thursday 12th December. The 4-part mini-series sees Ingrid Bolsø Berdal star as mum Jennifer who is spending the Christmas holidays with her family on the idyllic island of La Palma in the Canaries. However things quickly go wrong when a volcano erupts, putting the entire island at risk of a massive tsunami which will destroy the island and all its inhabitants.
The series is available in its original Norwegian (with subtitles) or in English.
