Series 8 of Endeavour kicks off on ITV on Sunday 12th September, with Morse brought in as the bodyguard to a high profile footballer who has received a death threat, from the IRA. Killian Coyle plays 'George Sellars' who is gradually revealed to be an abusive member of loyalist militia, eventually arrested by Morse, but not before he has committed two murders.
