Originally from Dublin, Killian Coyle has an extensive acting career spanning over a decade. He is also an award-winning producer.

Major recent credits include playing Dessy O’Malley in Series 10 of the BBC's 'Call The Midwife' as well as playing George Sellars in Series 7 of ITV's 'Endeavour'.

In 2023 he starred as Blake in a new production of Enda Walsh's farcical play 'The Walworth Farce' at the Southwark Playhouse's Elephant Theatre. The production was described by critics as a "masterpiece" (The Arts Desk) and "as hilarious as it is heartbreaking"...with "a superb cast" (Theatre Weekly). "  In particular Killian's "excitingly frenetic performance" was singled out.

In 2018 he had a major part in the multiple award winning Irish film 'Rosie' about a family who are evicted and desperate to avoid homelessness, written by Roddy Doyle. Since then he had a role in the BBC's BAFTA and EMMY nominated series 'Normal People', playing the overtly flirty Pat who tries it on with Marianne at a school dance. He also appeared as Cian in the hugely popular IFTA nominated TV crime drama series 'Dublin Murders'.

He is a celebrated producer with his short film 'Headspace' winning two Gold Awards for Best Irish Short Film and Best Direction at the 2023/24 Short Film Awards in Kinsale.  He is also part of the field:arts cohort, a new Creative Production Supports initiative supported by the Arts Council of Ireland.

He has a neutral Southern Irish, Dublin accent. He can also do a convincing Northern Irish accent which he used for Endeavour.
