New ITVX vampire comedy series 'Count Abdulla' is available in full on ITVX from today.
The 6-part series follows Muslim Pakistani doctor Abdulla (Arian Nik) who is bitten by a mysterious punk vampire girl (Jaime Winstone) at a party. Manpreet Bambra stars as Sikh junior doctor Amrita, Abdulla's best friend, co-worker and unrequited love interest.
Both Abdulla and Amrita find themselves living two lives - the life expected of them by their religious parents, and that of their secular, hedonistic friends. But when Abdulla is bitten by the vampire he becomes the ultimate outsider - a Muslim vampire.
