Manchester comedian Nina Gilligan returns to the Leicester Comedy Festival this weekend with her brand new show 'Trouser Town'. Tickets are almost sold out for the new show from the 2021 Leicester Mercury Comedy Award winner.
The write-up for 'Trouser Town' says "Nina Gilligan's nest is empty apart from 2 dogs (one of which is a prick) so she decided to uproot from her lovely family home to a 1.5-bedroom house in Trouser Town AKA 'The Cesspit' they call Hebden Bridge; a northern retirement village for hippies, alternatives and people who get on her nerves." See her at PETER Pizzeria at 8.30pm on Sunday night. A few tickets still available.
Nina will also be performing as part of her own charity fundraiser 'Get Off Live Comedy' on Saturday afternoon at 2pm at PETER Pizzeria. The industry-born charity was co-founded by Nina with the aim of eradicating sexual harassment in live comedy. Find out more.
