Nina is a writer, actor and comedian who, in 2021, was the winner of the prestigious Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year Award. Previous winners have included Johnny Vegas, Greg Davies, Jason Manford and Rhodd Gilbert. Nina is the third woman to win the award in its 28-year history.
A regular at the annual Edinburgh Fringe Festival, 2024 saw the debut of her brand new show 'Goldfish'. Selected by Rolling Stone as one of their 'must-see' shows of the Festival, describing her as "just the most phenomenal performer". Her 2022 show 'Late Developer' was one of the Scotsman’s Picks of the Festival. “Hilarious, had everyone in stitches the whole show. A seriously talented comedian, go see!!”
In 2023 she won 'Best Act' at the North West Comedy Awards as well as starring as Jo in the second series of BBC Radio 4 sitcom 'Where To, Mate?' which won 'Best Sitcom' at the 2024 BBC Audio Awards.
She trained as an actor at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (now The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) she received the award for best actor in her final year.
Nina is a skilled writer, creator and improviser and has written several comedy shows and plays including ‘Rescued’ Nominated for Best Comedy at Greater Manchester Fringe and ‘Broad Shoulders’ receiving 5-star reviews at the 2019 Edinburgh Festival.
Comedy Awards include Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year, Liverpool Hot Water Comedian of the Year and English Comedian of the Year Finalist.
Nina regularly performs both in clubs and as tour support and has recently supported Clinton Baptiste, Rachel Fairburn and Jason Manford. You can see her at The Comedy Store, Just the Tonic, The Frog and Bucket Manchester and all major clubs around the UK. In 2024 she made her debut appearance at one of the World's leading comedy festivals, Altitude, in the Austrian Alps.

A regular contributor to the news when they need a comedian to comment she has appeared on Radio 4 Woman’s Hour, BBC Radio 5 Live, Sky News. She hosted her own Radio Show called Gilligan’s Island on FAB Radio International.
She is the co-founder Getofflivecomedy.co.uk eradicating sexual harassment in the live comedy circuit.
Nina is from Salford in Manchester and has a native warm East Manchester accent.
