Omari Douglas has a leading role in Netflix's new spy thriller series 'Black Doves' which has just wrapped filming. Nothing much has been revealed about his role except he plays a character called Michael.
The 6-part series also stars Keira Knightley as Helen, the dedicated wife of a top politician who is secretly passing on her husband's secrets to a top secret spy organisation called 'The Black Doves', headed up by Sarah Lancashire's character Reed. Ben Whishaw also stars, playing Helen's old friend Sam who is recruited to protect Helen when her life becomes under threat after the assassination of her secret lover.
The series is written by The Lazarus Project writer Joe Barton.
No release date has been announced but it is hopefully due out towards the end of 2024.
