Sharon Duncan-Brewster is to star in Ballerina, the fifth film in the John Wick franchise, which has had a release date of 6th June 2025 announced.
The action thriller will introduce us to Eve, a young ballerina who is recruited to become an assassin by Winston Scott, who fans will know from the previous films, played once again by Ian McShane. Keanu Reeves will also reprise his role as John Wick, although it's not clear if he will be a central character or appear in a cameo role.
Ana de Armas takes the lead role as ballerina-assassin Eve Macarro, who begins to train in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma and sets out to exact revenge for her father's death.
Sharon Duncan-Brewster has recently been announced as joining the cast, playing Eve's mentor, Nogi.
