She was a writer on and starred in Dave's 'Hoff the Record' which won an International Emmy Award for 'Best Comedy' in 2016.  The series followed David ‘The Hoff’ Hasselhoff as he returned to the UK.

In 2023 she will star in the second season of The Tower entitled 'The Tower II: Death Message' on ITV, playing DC Elaine Lucas, who is partnered acrimoniously with Gemma Whelan's character. In 2021 she starred in a major role in HBO/Sky Atlantic’s ‘The Nevers’, alongside James Norton & Laura Donnelly.

Ella's native accent is neutral but having been brought up living in South Wales & the West Country she can switch between both accents easily and speak Welsh.  She has lived and worked in LA for many years so her American accent is to a native standard. Her home is now in London.

Her character work is exceptional; she has enormous versatilty & creativity when it comes to animation, and is highly skilled in improvisation. She is also a classically trained singer who can switch styles with ease between jazz, opera and pop.
