Disney+ has just released their first trailer for Jilly Cooper's Rivals which premieres on 18th October.
The 8-part series sees Claire Rushbrook playing Lady Monica Baddingham who is married to David Tennant's Lord Tony Baddingham, a TV boss in the world of 1980s local television. Lady Monica is his dependable, upper crust wife who has absolutely no interest in her husband's company, as long as the money keeps rolling in.
The highly anticipated drama also stars Aidan Turner as TV presenter Declan O'Hara, Alex Hassell as lovable bad boy and ex-champion showjumper Rupert Campbell-Black and Bella Maclean as Declan's innocent daughter Taggie who Campbell-Black has identified as his next conquest.
