Kieran Bew is back as Bill O'Hara and Miranda Raison as Nellie Davenport in the new series of martial-arts crime drama 'Warrior'.   Season 3 premieres on Max today, Thursday 29th June.

Warrior is based on the writings of Bruce Lee and is set in San Francisco in the late 19th century where we see rival Chinatown crime families (Tongs) pitted against each other, as well as the police and the overtly racist white working class.  The show follows Ah Sahm (played by Andrew Koji), a martial-arts prodigy who emigrates from China to San Francisco under mysterious circumstances and becomes a hatchet man for the Hop Wei, one of Chinatown's most powerful tongs.

Kieran Bew stars as Bill O'Hara, a corrupt and debt-ridden sergeant at the San Francisco police department and the Head of the Chinatown squad.  Miranda Raison stars as Nellie Davenport, a wealthy widow who offers asylum to Chinese migrants, particularly prostitutes she rescues from brothels.
