The highly anticipated third series of the BBC's hit comedy Starstruck returns to our screens today, Monday 28th August. The new series, which features six episodes, sees Rose Matafeo's character Jessie navigating single life in London having parted ways with her film star boyfriend Tom.
The new series sees Lorne MacFadyen joining the cast as Jessie's new love interest Liam, an electrician she meets at her best friend Kate's wedding. However things are never simple as she also unexpectedly comes face to face with Tom for the first time since they broke up.
Lola-Rose Maxwell also returns as Jessie and Kate's hilarious friend Sarah, who is now married to Steve and doing their best to navigate parenthood.
Amy Gledhill also guest stars as midwife Diane in the sixth and final episode of the series.
The new series will air in weekly double bills from 10pm tonight, Monday 28th August, on BBC Three and in full on BBC iPlayer. A BBC One run follows, starting from 10pm on Friday 1st September. Watch the trailer.
