Miranda Raison stars as Ellen Terry in 'Grace Pervades', a brand new play by David Hare, which premieres tonight at the Theatre Royal, Bath.
She stars opposite Ralph Fiennes who plays Henry Irving, and together they tell the extraordinary story of two of the greatest stars of the Victorian stage, who were loved and admired universally. The play also focuses on Ellen Terry's two children who also made a profound contribution to the development of British theatre.
The plays is directed by Jeremy Herrin who describes the play as a "love letter to theatre".
