UKTV's lighthearted 1960s crime drama series, 'Sister Boniface Mysteries' is back on our screens for a second series.
The new 10-part series sees the return of Jerry Iwu as Detective Sergeant Felix Livingstone, a Bermudian police officer who is on secondment to the sleepy village of Great Slaughter in the Cotswolds who works with Sister Boniface to solve local criminal activities. Miranda Raison is also back as hard nosed investigative journalist, Ruth Penny.
In the new series we also meet Sister Boniface's parents Malise and Vivienne Bonham-Crane who were aghast when their daughter became a nun. Geoff McGivern guest stars in Episode 5 as her father Malise, an atheist Oxford professor.
