Amy is instantly recognisable from her long running role as Kitty in all four seasons of ITV’s 'Mr Selfridge'. Most recently she starred as Lady Trowbridge in the smash hit 'Bridgerton' on Netflix and has appeared in a string of critically acclaimed shows including 'Black Mirror', 'Misfits', 'Sirens', 'The Syndicate' and 'Shameless'.

In 2023 she starred in Sir Lenny Henry's 6-part drama for ITV 'Three Little Birds', which is inspired by his mother's stories of travelling from the Caribbean in the 1950s and 1960s to make Britain her home.  She will play Mrs Wantage, who employs one of the newly arrived girls as a live-in nanny.  Also in 2023 she made her writing/performing debut with her one woman dark comedy play 'Cracked' at London's 'The Vaults Festival'.  The play was selected as one of The Evening Standard's 'Picks of the Festival'

Other recent credits include British horror film 'The Power' and she has recently wrapped on the psychological thriller film 'Unmoored', based on the award-winning Swedish crime novel 'The Living and the Dead in Winsford'.

Her stage work includes the Royal Court and the West End (where she starred in 'Jerusalem' opposite Mark Rylance), and the Royal Exchange for which she received a 'Best Supporting Actress' nomination by the Manchester Evening News for her perfomance in 'True Love Lies'. In 2024 she starred at the Arcola Theatre in 'Some Demon', a performance which earned her an 'Offie' nomination.

Amy's native accent is neutral with a hint of northern which can be easily removed or strengthened. She is extremely versatile with UK accents and characters. Below in her tracks she has a montage which covers six of them; Welsh, Essex, Leeds, Neutral/RP, Manchester and Geordie.
